What do you do to feel good?

The Big Question…. What do you do to feel good?

Everyone has their own things that really trip triggers. What is it that trips your trigger?

This morning I was out in my yard…for most of the morning. I actually mowed my grass, trimmed, watered and then tended to a few flowers.

If you knew me at all, you would know that this is a strange thing for me to do. I have a neighbor that I have paid for years to mow my lawn. I decided to cut back on some of my extra expenses…no pun intended…and he needs to have shoulder surgery. So I am now my own lawn boy or girl as the case would be. For years I have reacted badly to freshly mown grass. The mold down in the roots gets discombobulated when you mow and thrown up into my nasal… I’m sure of it…and then there is the grass itself. They both make me sneeze and sniffle… a lot. Alas, I am still alive and well and did not succumb to the allergies…too much.

I decided to just get ‘er done and you know what? I really enjoyed it. I love seeing my grass after "I" have done the work and made it pretty and it looks great…IMHO.

Springtime brings me a great big joy as I see the new flowers coming up, grass and tress turning green and I love to get into the soil and plant new things and just enjoy the warming of the soil, my house, my life.

So if you would have asked me a few months back if I liked to mow grass or trim I would have said NO!!! But now…I am having a change of heart and it’s now something that I look forward to doing.

Mowing on Monday…Wow, I actually look forward to Monday morning now.

So what do you do for fun or to feel good?

Have you discovered anything new for yourself lately? I really hope so and mostly, I hope that you find new and old ways of doing things that really help you to feel GOOD!!!!

Healing Sessions

Would you like to feel better? It is possible.

You already know that you do want to feel better or you would never have come here looking and hoping for help, for a change, for answers.

Sometimes we just get out of sorts, out of balance, or even out of alignment.  It feels bad to be there and when you feel bad enough, you reach out to hope, help and the possibility that you can feel better for a change. So with the possibility of you feeling bad, feeling out of balance or just needing some help, some coaching, someone to listen, I am ready to help.

I have been a Massage Therapist, Hypnotherapist, Reiki Master, BodyTalk practitioner, Eye Movement Therapist and Coach for over 16 years. My sessions have become very intuitive along the way. No two sessions ever are the same as your body basically tells me what you need…after you do, of course.

These nudges are sometimes very loud and sometimes very soft and quiet. And now…this nudge, this push…this guidance has told me that there are some out there who need the balancing, the help, the guidance that may be had with a session that I facilitate. Notice that I don’t say I do it because I feel as if I am guided and directed by someone loving and kind who wants to help you and they use me to get to you…to help you find balance.

Healing Sessions

My Healing sessions are different each and every time.

I just work until the images or impressions that tell me what I need to do to help you stop flowing. When they quit, I quit and the session is over. I never know for sure what will come up. It may be some massage techniques followed by some Reiki or BodyTalk to balance your body, your mind, or even your chakras. Sometimes it is all of the above. Every session is a bit different.

The cost per Healing session is $50

Call now to schedule your appointment. 719-289-4268

Please leave a message. If I do not answer then I am most likely in session with someone or otherwise occupied. I will call you back at the earliest opportunity.

I’m glad you’re here.
